Gold prices fall globally and locally, while silver prices increase, impacting markets.
Karachi: (RightNow) Gold prices have decreased in both global and local markets, while silver prices have risen. In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce fell by $10 to $4,396.
In local markets, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs 1,000 to Rs 462,136. The price for 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs 857 to Rs 396,207.
Silver prices in the country have increased, with the price per tola rising by Rs 10 to Rs 7,069. The price for 10 grams of silver increased by Rs 9 to Rs 6,060.
The decline in gold prices may affect the jewelry market, while demand for silver is expected to rise despite its increasing prices.
It is noteworthy that the trend of declining gold prices is due to growing economic instability in the global market.
