Lahore: (RightNow) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has condemned the arrest of former federal minister Hammad Azhar. The party claims this action is part of political revenge and state oppression.

PTI states that Hammad Azhar is being targeted on political grounds. The government is using state power to suppress PTI’s voice.

Currently, no case against Hammad Azhar has been presented in court. PTI demands that he be presented according to the law.

Despite political arrests, PTI’s resolve is strengthening. The party asserts that their ideology cannot be crushed by oppression.

It is noteworthy that Hammad Azhar is a former federal minister and member of the National Assembly. His arrest is being termed as political revenge.
