Islamabad: (RightNow) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif awarded Nurse Razia Noreen a cheque of 1 crore rupees for saving a newborn’s life. He praised her courage and placed a hand on her head.

The Prime Minister stated that the entire nation is proud of Razia Noreen. Her heroic act will be remembered in the nation’s history with golden words. The nation admires her bravery.

The Prime Minister announced that on March 23, Nurse Razia Noreen will be awarded the Tamgha-e-Khidmat (Service Medal). This is in recognition of her services.

Nurse Razia Noreen explained that the fire was spreading rapidly. Without thinking, she went inside to save the children.

It is noteworthy that Razia Noreen fulfilled her duty even in darkness after the explosion while saving other children. She is very pleased with the Prime Minister’s recognition.
