Islamabad: (RightNow) The Supreme Court has ordered the transfer of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan to a private hospital. Following this order, a high-level security meeting has been convened in the federal capital.
Sources indicate that senior officials from relevant agencies are participating in the meeting. Security arrangements will be implemented upon receiving written orders from the Supreme Court. The district administration will soon issue a sub-jail notification.
The court has directed that Imran Khan be moved to Islamabad’s Al-Shifa Hospital. Additionally, access has been granted to his sisters and personal physicians.
