Karachi: (RightNow) Significant progress has been made in the Mir Raza murder case involving a suspicious guest house. Police have sealed the guest house and detained 6 staff members.

According to police, 4 individuals arriving in a Swift car have also been included in the investigation. A total of 19 people are being questioned, and a new investigative team will conduct inquiries.

Hussain, the victim’s father, informed the media that the Interior Minister and Karachi Mayor have indicated the formation of a judicial commission. He mentioned that they are considering this option.

He further stated his trust in the new investigative committee. Led by DIG Amir Farooqi, the committee aims to uncover the truth.

It is noteworthy that after Mir Raza’s murder, his business partner is also missing. Police have questioned employees of the Gulistan-e-Johar guest house, but CCTV footage is yet to be obtained.
