Deputy PM Ishaq Dar completes successful diplomatic visits to Philippines and Kyrgyzstan, focusing on regional cooperation.
Islamabad: (RightNow). Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has returned home after completing successful diplomatic visits. He attended the ASEAN Regional Forum in the Philippines and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Kyrgyzstan.
The Foreign Office spokesperson stated that Ishaq Dar represented Pakistan in the Philippines and Kyrgyzstan. He held bilateral meetings with foreign ministers from various countries, discussing mutual relations.
During the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ meeting in the Philippines, discussions focused on trade, investment, and regional connectivity. Ishaq Dar met with several counterparts, emphasizing the promotion of cooperation.
The visits reviewed regional cooperation and progress. Pakistan reiterated its commitment to effective diplomacy on ASEAN and Shanghai Cooperation Organization platforms.
It is noteworthy that the ASEAN Regional Forum and Shanghai Cooperation Organization meetings hold global significance. Pakistan has shown its determination to play an active role in these forums.
