Islamabad: (RightNow) Traffic diversions are being implemented on major roads in Islamabad today due to the movement of foreign delegations. Citizens are advised to use alternative routes and allow extra travel time.

Islamabad Traffic Police have announced that diversions will be in place from Club Road to Kashmir Chowk and Serena Chowk to Zero Point at various times. These measures are taken in anticipation of foreign delegations’ movements.

Police have suggested alternative routes for citizens. Those coming from Bhara Kahu and Tramari Park Road should use Murree Road, Faizabad, and the Express Highway. Those heading to the Red Zone from Srinagar Highway can use Faisal Avenue.

Traffic Police urge citizens to allocate an additional 20 to 25 minutes for their journeys to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
