Karachi: (RightNow) Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah expresses objections over Jalalpur Canal, emphasizing that each province must adhere to the water-sharing agreement.

He stated during a media briefing that Sindh receives less water than its allocated share. A task force is being established to assess Sindh’s losses.

Murad Ali Shah further explained that India’s water aggression and climate change are affecting water availability, impacting the Indus Waters Treaty.

He mentioned that there is surplus wheat in the country, with people hoarding it.

It is important to note that the Indus Waters Treaty is a significant agreement between India and Pakistan for water distribution.
