The attack completely destroyed the watchtower, but navigation equipment and other facilities at the port remain intact. In other locations across the country, 8 people were killed and over 20 injured.
Technical teams have begun work to restore operations at Chabahar Port to resume trade activities as soon as possible. This step is crucial given the port’s significance.
US attacks in southern Iran have also targeted bridges, airports, power installations, and railway stations, disrupting transportation in key areas.

It is noteworthy that according to the Iranian Ministry of Health, 38 people have been killed and over 400 injured in US attacks in July.
