Lahore: (RightNow). The Punjab government has implemented significant bureaucratic changes across the province. Notifications for the appointments and transfers of several deputy commissioners and senior officers have been issued.

According to the notification, Owais Mushtaq has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Sialkot, Maham Asif Malik for Toba Tek Singh, and Muhammad Ikram Malik for Okara. Babar Sahib Din and Hina Arshad have been appointed as Deputy Commissioners of Jhang and Khanewal, respectively.

Rana Hameed has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Nankana Sahib, while Syed Muhammad Abbas Shah has taken the role in Bahawalnagar. Zulfiqar Ahmed Bhon has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab Saaf Pani Authority.

Several officers have been appointed as Additional Secretaries in various departments. Additionally, former deputy commissioners have been assigned new roles in different secretariats.

It should be noted that these appointments and transfers aim to enhance administrative efficiency and improve governance. Efforts are ongoing to strengthen performance across various districts.
