Washington: (Right Now News) Pakistani medical graduates have excelled in the US residency program, surpassing their Indian counterparts.

According to details, over 1,400 Pakistani doctors were selected for the US residency program, while only 400 doctors from India were chosen.

Reports indicate that Pakistani doctors received most opportunities in US fellowship medicine, where the USMLE program provides advanced medical education.

President of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, Dr. Rizwan Taj, termed this achievement a source of national pride, stating that the quality of medical education aligns with global standards.

It is noteworthy that due to the council’s reforms, Pakistani doctors are achieving more global successes, enhancing Pakistan’s reputation worldwide.
