London: (Right Now News) A British man has discovered a ring worth millions using a metal detector. The historic ring, dating back to the 16th century, was found by a man named Stuart Jones in the village of Warmington, Gloucestershire.

Stuart, aged 42, discovered the ring in November 2024. The ring is adorned with 8 diamonds and will be auctioned on June 23. It is expected to sell for 5.5 to 7.5 million rupees.

Stuart Jones stated that he has been searching for valuable historical items with a metal detector for years. However, this was his first success in Warmington.

The ring was discovered after a 7-hour search when he was preparing to leave. He expressed great joy upon finding the ring and received congratulations from others.

It should be noted that experts from the British Museum examined the ring and declared it a rare design. The auction expectations have excited historical item seekers.
