Lahore: (Right Now News) A Lahore court has ruled in favor of singer Ali Zafar in the long-standing defamation case against actress Meesha Shafi.

The court has imposed a fine of 5 million rupees on Meesha Shafi. The case emerged when Meesha Shafi accused Ali Zafar of harassment, prompting him to seek legal action.

The Lahore Sessions Court delivered the verdict in favor of the singer. Previously, the Lahore High Court had upheld a ban on Meesha Shafi’s statements on social media and rejected her appeal to lift it.
