Karachi: (RightNow) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Soheil Afridi arrived in Karachi with a convoy and addressed supporters. He stated that Bilawal Bhutto welcomed him, but roads were closed.
Afridi told supporters they had to take a detour due to road closures. He discussed Karachi’s plight and criticized the rule of two families.
Afridi departed from Toll Plaza after being denied permission for a PTI rally in Karachi. Following his departure, the Super Highway and other roads were reopened.
Traffic in Karachi returned to normal, with University Road and other routes restored. Authorities ensured smooth traffic flow.
It is noteworthy that political rallies and road closures in Karachi have been contentious issues. Roads are often closed for political reasons.
