Gold prices in Pakistan increase by Rs 11,200 per tola due to global market changes.
Karachi: (RightNow) After a continuous decline for 5 days, gold prices in Pakistan have surged. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola has increased by Rs 11,200.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola has now reached Rs 465,236. The price of 10 grams of gold has risen by Rs 9,602, bringing it to Rs 398,864.
Silver prices have also seen an increase of Rs 185, with the price per tola now at Rs 7,440. In the global market, gold prices have increased by $112, reaching $4,427.
This rise follows a significant drop in prices the previous day. Changes in global gold prices are quickly reflected in local markets.
It is noteworthy that in the past 5 days, the price of gold per tola had decreased by Rs 32,500. The decline in global gold prices had similarly affected local markets.
