Experts, observers, and diplomatic officials from various fields attended the conference. The declaration stated that the Taliban government has failed to establish a comprehensive system.

According to the declaration, the Taliban’s council system is weak, and Afghan citizens are suffering from their failures. The dominance of extremist ideologies is increasing internal conflicts.

Obstacles to women’s education and employment were deemed alarming. The Taliban government has also failed to address regional and global community concerns.

It is noteworthy that the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan is affecting neighboring countries. Resistance groups have intensified their activities due to Taliban oppression.
