Lahore: (RightNow) Complaints against Para Force personnel by business owners have increased. These complaints include misconduct, abuse of power, and bribery. A report covers these complaints and actions against the personnel.

According to the report, 794 personnel received warnings over corruption and abuse of power complaints. Of these, 145 cases are still under investigation, with further actions ongoing.

The report also states that action was taken against 371 personnel, while fines were imposed on 298. Additionally, 16 personnel had their service confiscated, and 6 had their annual increments halted.

The report indicates that 20 personnel were dismissed from service, while 351 were sent back to their units. Further investigations against these personnel are underway.

It is noteworthy that complaints against Para Force have rapidly increased, raising questions about the personnel’s performance.
