Islamabad: (RightNow) A hearing took place at the District and Sessions Courts on August 5 regarding individuals arrested during the PTI protest. Police presented a man without arms, accusing him of throwing stones and using sticks.

The duty magistrate, Rizwan Uddin, discharged the accused, Altaf Ullah, from the case. Lawyer Sardar Masroof argued that the accused, having no arms, could not have thrown stones.

The court assessed the physical condition of the accused. Due to the absence of both arms, the court acquitted him.
