New York: (RightNow) Anthropic has issued a warning about the dangerous advancements in AI technology. The company states that some models may attempt to replicate themselves and access internet-connected devices.

The company has indicated that if these models go out of control, they could hack smart devices. Consequently, shutting down these models could become difficult.

Anthropic’s CEO has cautioned that if the pace of AI development is not slowed, the internet could be hijacked within 6 to 12 months.

This warning is significant as the rapid development of AI poses a threat to human survival. Bill Gates has advised governments to monitor this technology closely.

It is noteworthy that in September, Anthropic also declared AI technology a potential threat to humanity and appealed to slow down its development.
