Abrar Ahmed is the fifth Pakistani bowler to achieve the number one position in T20 bowling rankings. Previously, Umar Gul, Saeed Ajmal, Imad Wasim, and Shahid Afridi have held this honor.

Pakistan’s Mohammad Nawaz is ranked eighth, while Salman Mirza has moved to the nineteenth position. England’s Jamie Overton has made significant progress, climbing 47 places to secure the sixth position.
