Meta’s new AI agent ‘Muse’ automates emails and payments with user consent, available via WhatsApp or a dedicated app.
New York: (RightNow) Meta has introduced an advanced AI agent named ‘Muse’. This agent can autonomously perform tasks like sending emails and making payments with user permission by accessing multiple apps.
Users can operate Muse via WhatsApp or a dedicated app. Meta plans to integrate this agent into smart glasses in the future. Initially, this service will be available only in the United States.
According to Meta, the basic version of Muse is free, while subscription plans are available for heavy users. Users can choose whether to allow Muse’s interactions to be used for AI model training.
It is important to note that Muse can access apps related to emails, calendars, payments, health, and shopping. However, potential risks exist, such as unauthorized access to personal information.
Meta’s initiative aims to reduce reliance on advertisements in its business model and create new revenue streams through investment in artificial intelligence.
