Islamabad: (RightNow) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Secretary General Salman Akram Raja declares the environment for talks with the government as unacceptable. He stated on Geo News’ program Capital Talk that the conditions do not seem favorable for negotiations with the government.

Salman Akram Raja mentioned that the government is not complying with court orders regarding the PTI founder. This sends a message to PTI that talks will be on the government’s terms. In such a situation, how can negotiations be possible?

The government is reportedly implementing court decisions. Meetings with Imran Khan’s sisters have been facilitated. However, social media is targeting institutions and their heads, according to Barrister Aqeel Malik.

It is important to note that Imran Khan is provided with newspapers and books daily. He also receives medical facilities according to jail rules, as stated by the Islamabad High Court.

Relations between PTI and the government have been strained since Imran Khan’s arrest. The failure of talks is escalating the political crisis.
