Court grants 3-day remand for husband and employee in Hina Javed murder case. Police continue investigation to gather more details.
Rawalpindi: (RightNow) In the Hina Javed murder case, the court has approved a three-day physical remand for her husband, Faisal Asghar, and employee, Zeeshan. Police presented both suspects in the local magistrate’s court, where they were handed over to police custody.
According to police, further interrogation will be conducted regarding the murder incident. Items used in the murder have been recovered from the suspects, and DNA samples will be collected for testing.
The investigation team has also included Faisal Asghar’s father in the inquiry. Police state that Faisal allegedly paid his employee to participate in the murder.
It is important to note that the body of 45-year-old Hina Javed was found in her home’s bathroom on August 20. According to police, the victim’s hands were tied behind her back, and a wire was wrapped around her neck.
Police further state that the roles of the accused in the case are being determined. The victim’s family is demanding a transparent investigation.
