Islamabad: (RightNow) The government has announced a new policy to modernize Hajj arrangements for the next four years. This policy introduces a four-year registration, digital waiting list, and increased private sector involvement.

The policy aims to enhance transparency, reduce costs, and provide quality services to pilgrims. The quota for government and private Hajj schemes will remain at 60% and 40%, respectively.

Under the new system, all Hajj processes will be digital. Private Hajj companies must use the Private Hajj Management Portal. The government states that private sector participation will be increased.

It is clear that the Hajj policy for 2027 to 2030 aligns with Saudi Vision 2030. It aims to provide transparency, accountability, and world-class facilities in Hajj arrangements.

Remember that to improve Hajj arrangements, the government has also introduced various Hajj packages and a digital complaint system.
