Lahore: (RightNow) Pakistan Cricket Board’s Director of High Performance, Aaqib Javed, has blamed captain Babar Azam and coach Sarfaraz Ahmed for the failure in the Test series against England.

Aaqib Javed stated in a TV program that the responsibility for the team’s unusual changes lies not with the selectors, but with the captain and coach. He mentioned that the team combination was not correct.

Aaqib Javed further revealed that he has spoken with captain Babar Azam and coach Sarfaraz Ahmed. According to him, when the captain and coach fail to make decisions, action is necessary.

He emphasized that it is crucial to give the team a clear message to form combinations according to their planning. It is the responsibility of the coach, captain, and management to make the right decisions.

It is noteworthy that there are very few players available for the leadership of the Pakistan cricket team. Babar Azam’s health is improving, and there is no concern about his fever.
