Rawalpindi: (RightNow) PTI Chairman Barrister Gauhar has labeled Noreen Niazi’s controversial statement as her personal opinion. He stated that the statement is not part of the party’s policy.

Speaking to the media, he clarified that the statement by the PTI founder’s sister is not an official stance. Referring to the victory against India, he warned that any renewed aggression would be met with a strong response.

Barrister Gauhar emphasized that only by setting aside personal interests can the country be strengthened. He stressed the need to avoid revisiting old issues.

Regarding the Azad Kashmir elections, he informed that they have been divided into three parts. PTI’s decision to boycott the Azad Kashmir elections remains unchanged.

It is noteworthy that Noreen Niazi’s statement had caused controversy within the party. The party leadership has distanced itself from this statement.
