Gaza: (RightNow) An Israeli attack on a funeral in Gaza’s Nuseirat camp killed 9 Palestinians and injured 20 others. The attack occurred during the funeral of a Palestinian man killed earlier that day in another attack.

Nuseirat’s Al-Awda Hospital administration reported 7 Palestinians dead and 22 injured in the Israeli attack. The identity of the deceased has not been officially disclosed yet.

Hamas condemned the Israeli attack, stating it violates the ceasefire agreement. A Hamas spokesperson said Israeli actions continue despite the presence of the international community.

The attack happened as Israel claimed to target a key Hamas commander. The Israeli military has not commented on the incident immediately.

It is noteworthy that Israel has previously stated its attacks target Hamas and armed group militants.
