Islamabad: (RightNow) Mahmood Khan Achakzai emphasized the need for free elections in the National Assembly. He questioned the absence of 8 MNAs and demanded clarity on the presence of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chief Minister.

Achakzai stated that they are not allowed to speak freely and called for fair elections. He expressed willingness to resign if directed by a person imprisoned in Adiala Jail.

Federal Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry mentioned that constitutional responsibilities are to be fulfilled in the meeting between the Prime Minister and the opposition leader. He asserted that the Prime Minister’s House is the state’s residence, not Shehbaz Sharif’s.

This issue is significant as the absence of public representatives and the Chief Minister raises questions.

It is noteworthy that the political situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is tense, making this topic particularly relevant.
