Peshawar: (RightNow) Petitions challenging the imposition of Governor Rule and Emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be heard in court.
The Peshawar High Court has scheduled the hearing of these petitions for October 20. The petitions were filed by PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan.
The petitions request the annulment of the Governor Rule in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The court will deliberate on this matter.
