Ata Ullah Tarar criticizes Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for neglecting development projects and security measures.
Islamabad: (RightNow) Federal Minister for Information Ata Ullah Tarar criticizes the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, claiming that PTI’s rule over the past 13.5 years has regressed the province. He states that current Chief Minister Suhail Afridi prioritizes protests and chaos over governance.
During a press conference with Ikhtiar Wali and Jalal Khan, Ata Ullah Tarar remarked that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was once a hub of tourism and peace, but now faces decline. He mentioned that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated an IT park in Islamabad, which will boost IT exports.
Ata Ullah Tarar argued that if Shehbaz Sharif had also engaged in protests, the IT park would not have been completed. He claimed that the federal government’s fuel relief scheme has benefited 10 million people.
He accused the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government of failing to take effective measures against terrorism. According to him, the province received 700 billion rupees under the NFC but neglected security measures.
It is noteworthy that Ata Ullah Tarar has labeled PTI as a facilitator of the banned Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan. He asserts that they will continue to raise their voice against the decline and corruption in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
