Farooq Sattar urges PPP to clarify its stance on Governor Rule and Emergency to prevent unrest in Sindh.
Karachi: (RightNow) MQM Pakistan leader Farooq Sattar has called on the PPP to clarify its stance on Governor Rule and Emergency. Speaking to the media, Sattar noted that Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah opposes Governor Rule, while the President’s actions suggest otherwise.
Sattar emphasized that if the PPP’s stance differs, it should be made clear, as the President has signed orders regarding Governor Rule and Emergency. He stressed the need for the Chief Minister to ensure that such a situation does not arise where Governor Rule is imposed.
Addressing Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Sattar stated that the PPP cannot maintain a dual policy. The party must unify its stance to prevent unrest in Sindh.
Sattar also warned of potential terrorism threats, stating that if operations occur in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, terrorists might target Karachi. Immediate measures are necessary to prevent terrorism in Karachi.
It is important to note that an effective strategy against terrorism in Karachi is essential. Sattar prayed for the success of Pakistan’s armed forces, hoping for their triumph.
