South Waziristan: (RightNow) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised security forces for thwarting a terrorist attack in South Waziristan. He commended their timely action and professional skills, resulting in the killing of 4 terrorists.

The Prime Minister stated that the courage and expertise of the security forces are commendable. He further assured that Pakistan’s security will not be compromised and operations will continue until terrorism is eradicated.

According to ISPR, on July 25, terrorists backed by Indian sponsorship attempted to attack a checkpoint, but security forces successfully foiled the attack with timely action.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the Pakistan Armed Forces defended the borders using modern autonomous systems. He emphasized that the attack was thwarted through cyber security in the battle for truth.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, security forces in South Waziristan foiled an attempt to attack a checkpoint, killing 4 terrorists. The terrorists failed to breach the checkpoint’s security, and no damage was done to the checkpoint.
