Islamabad: (RightNow) Pakistan declares regional tensions are not in anyone’s interest. The Foreign Office spokesperson opposes the use of weapons.

The spokesperson stated that Pakistan seeks peace for trade and petroleum supply. Parties need to exercise restraint to prevent escalation.

The spokesperson highlighted the importance of MoUs for peace and respect. They mentioned Pakistan’s engagement with global mediators and hope for dialogue to resolve the conflict.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan has always cooperated for peace and stability in the region. Pakistan has also been involved in mediation efforts between the US and Iran.
