Quetta: (Right Now News) In Balochistan’s Washuk district, five laborers from Punjab were killed in a shooting by armed individuals in the Mashkel area. The laborers were working in shops when the attack occurred.

According to police sources, the attackers opened indiscriminate fire at the shops, resulting in the immediate death of the laborers. It has been reported that the deceased hailed from various regions of Punjab.

Following the incident, the attackers fled the scene. Police stated that the bodies of the victims are being sent to their native areas. An investigation has been initiated.

Security forces and law enforcement agencies are actively pursuing the suspects. Operations are underway in different areas to apprehend the culprits.

It is noteworthy that such incidents are recurrent in Balochistan, exacerbating law and order issues.
