Lahore: (Right Now News). In Lahore’s Sundar area, a restaurant rider’s alleged robbery drama has been exposed. Police, after investigation, declared the incident fabricated and arrested the suspect Ehsan along with his accomplices.

According to the police, an emergency call was made to the Sundar police station reporting a robbery. The report claimed that unknown assailants had snatched 346,000 rupees, a mobile phone, and a wallet at gunpoint.

The DIG Operations spokesperson stated that initial investigations proved the incident to be baseless. The suspect Ehsan, a restaurant rider, staged the drama with his accomplices to embezzle the money.

Police have arrested Ehsan along with his accomplices Ahmad Ijaz and Husnain. A case has been registered against the suspects, and legal proceedings have commenced.

It is important to note that making false calls to the emergency number 15 is a criminal offense. Police have warned citizens to use this number only in genuine emergencies.
