Lahore: (RightNow) In the harassment case involving actress Momina Iqbal, the JIT has cleared PML-N member Saqib Chadhar and his wife of any wrongdoing.

Momina Iqbal has announced plans to challenge the JIT’s decision in the Lahore High Court, expressing dissatisfaction with the verdict.

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency formed a new JIT, which conducted a fresh investigation and submitted its report.

According to the report, Saqib Chadhar and his wife are currently deemed innocent, and their arrest is not required.

It is noteworthy that Momina Iqbal had accused a member of the assembly of harassment, leading to the filing of the case.
