Quetta: (RightNow) The Young Doctors Association Balochistan has announced the resumption of OPDs. The protest is temporarily halted, and medical services in government hospitals across Balochistan will resume today.
The YDA spokesperson stated that the decision was made at the request of the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner. Considering public interest, the protest has been temporarily postponed.
The spokesperson mentioned that the protest is temporarily halted, but demands remain. If these demands are not met, the protest will resume.
The Quetta Commissioner said efforts will be made to mediate between the government and doctors. The government aims to resolve the issues promptly.
It is noteworthy that the Young Doctors Association had been boycotting government hospitals in the province for 39 days. If demands are not met, the protest may resume.
