Lahore: (RightNow) Oil marketing companies have limited fuel supply to petrol pumps. This information was provided by Chaudhry Nauman Majeed, President of the Petroleum Dealers Association Central Punjab.

Chaudhry Nauman Majeed stated that only 50% of the required oil was supplied today. The supply reduction is due to rising crude oil prices in the global market.

He reported that the supply shortage has affected 90% of rural and 50% of urban petrol pumps.

According to oil marketing companies, there are delays in customs clearance. OGRA should ensure oil availability nationwide. Daily price changes in petroleum products are impractical.

It is noteworthy that Brent crude oil prices increased by 0.4% to $85.28 per barrel, and WTI prices rose by 0.5% to $80.02 per barrel.
