Iranian President rejects US threats, emphasizing Iran’s defense commitment. Parliament approves strategic plan.
Tehran: (RightNow). Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian responded to US President Donald Trump’s threats, stating Iran will defend every inch. He firmly rejected Trump’s rhetoric in a televised statement.
The Iranian President questioned whether the US President achieved his objectives on the battlefield. He also challenged the attempts to divide Iran, asking what has been gained.
President Pezeshkian further stated that Iran will defend every inch of the homeland through its actions. Meanwhile, Iranian Parliament’s National Security Commission spokesperson, Ebrahim Rezaei, said the enemy has entered the war, violating the memorandum of understanding.
The Iranian Parliament approved the Strategic Action Plan for the security and sustainable development of the Strait of Hormuz. US lawmakers expressed deep concern over this revelation.
It is noteworthy that US President Trump threatened full-scale attacks on Iran, stating the memorandum of understanding was a test for Iran, which was not adhered to.
