پاکستان کا 27-2026 کے بجٹ میں بیرونی امداد کے لیے بڑا ہدف، کامیابی کی امیدیں کم

Islamabad: (RightNow). Pakistan has set an ambitious target of $23.37 billion in foreign aid for the 2026-27 federal budget. This amount is estimated at 6,780 billion rupees.

The expected exchange rate is 290 rupees per dollar, including time deposits from Saudi Arabia and China. Without these deposits, the target for 2026-27 is $11.37 billion.

In 2025-26, foreign funds decreased, with $9.07 billion compared to $12.14 billion in 2024-25. A 25% increase is expected next year.

Financial experts question whether this target can be achieved through IMF support or improved international relations.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan’s external payment situation is critical, and pressure on foreign exchange reserves may increase in 2026-27.
