Bahrain: (RightNow). Iran has attacked a US naval fleet and airbase in Bahrain. According to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, missiles and drones were used in the attack. A fire erupted in the fuel reserves at the US base.

The Iranian statement claims that the Juffair airbase in Bahrain targeted weapon depots. The satellite communication center and US military residential buildings were also affected.

The Revolutionary Guard spokesperson stated that two supertankers were targeted and disabled in the Strait of Hormuz. Both tankers had ignored Iranian warnings.

Meanwhile, Jordan claims to have intercepted four missiles coming from Iran. According to the Jordanian military spokesperson, the missiles were stopped within national borders.

It is noteworthy that tensions between Iran and the US are escalating, posing a threat to regional security.
