Tehran: (Right Now News) Iran has claimed that recent attacks by the US and Israel have caused $270 billion in damages to the country. This was stated by Iranian government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani.

Fatemeh Mohajerani told a Russian news agency that the estimate includes both direct and indirect damages, affecting infrastructure and the economy.

She further stated that addressing war-related damages is a crucial issue for Iran, which was raised during negotiations in Islamabad. The compensation demand is part of Iran’s 10-point conditions.

Meanwhile, Iran has also demanded compensation from Gulf nations at the United Nations. These countries include Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE, and Kuwait.

It is noteworthy that analysts believe Iran’s stance could escalate regional tensions and impact the negotiation process.
