Washington: (Right Now News). According to the Wall Street Journal, U.S. President Donald Trump is considering a military operation to extract 1,000 pounds of uranium from Iran.

Officials state that the complex and dangerous mission would keep U.S. forces inside Iran for several days. President Trump has not yet made a final decision on extracting uranium from Iran, but the option remains on the table.

President Trump has instructed advisors to pressure Iran to hand over uranium as a condition to end the conflict.

Contact with Iran through Pakistan is ongoing, and a deal is expected soon. The U.S. President has stated that if Iran does not agree to negotiations, force may be used.

It should be noted that the U.S. has previously extracted uranium from Kazakhstan in 1994 and Georgia in 1998.
