Experts have clarified that heat rashes are not contagious. They relate to body temperature and sweat systems, not resulting from any infection.

Intense heat and increased humidity lead to excessive sweating. If this sweat does not dry quickly, it damages the skin.

This issue arises when sweat ducts become blocked, trapping sweat under the skin. The neck, armpits, chest, and back are most affected.

It should be noted that heat rashes appear as fine bumps in sweaty areas, while allergies cause itchy rashes.
