Karachi: (RightNow) The judicial commission report on the Mir Raza murder case is not included in the Sindh Cabinet meeting agenda. The Sindh Chief Minister’s spokesperson had announced the report would be presented to the cabinet.

Sources indicate the Sindh Cabinet meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, where the Mir Raza judicial commission report will be discussed. The exclusion of the report from the October 16 meeting agenda has raised questions.

Mir Raza’s lawyer, Jibran Nasir, stated the judicial commission submitted the report on October 15. The Sindh Cabinet must now decide whether to make the report public.

Jibran Nasir further claimed the police are attempting to portray the case as a suicide, while the judicial commission has positioned the police separately in its opinion.

It is noteworthy that Mir Raza disappeared from Karachi’s PECHS area on July 28. His body was found two days later in Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
