Riyadh: (RightNow) Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman declares that Saudi Arabia will not hesitate to respond effectively to any threat or attack. He stated at the Shura Council’s opening session that any attempt to harm the kingdom will be met with an immediate response.

Mohammed bin Salman revealed that the Mecca Defense Agreement between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan aims to keep the region free from conflicts. Additionally, a multinational naval defense alliance is being established to protect international waterways.

The Saudi Crown Prince condemned Israeli attacks in Palestinian territories and violations at Al-Aqsa Mosque. He reiterated support for Yemen’s recognized government to counter Houthi attacks.

He emphasized that the Houthi group is choosing a path of chaos and destruction. The session stressed ensuring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, Bab al-Mandeb, the Red Sea, and the Gulf of Aden.

It is noteworthy that the session reviewed the security situation and condemned attacks on Mecca, civilian populations, and economic installations.
