Nepal: (RightNow) A 6-year-old girl has been rescued alive from debris three days after devastating floods in Nepal. The incident occurred in the village of Timure, Rasuwa district, where the Bhote Koshi River overflowed, causing the flood.

According to foreign media, Timure village has been severely affected, and rescue workers are actively searching for survivors. Relief operations continue in the flood-hit areas, with efforts to locate more people underway.

During the search, Armed Police Force personnel heard faint cries from beneath the rubble. After immediate excavation and several hours of effort, the girl was safely rescued.

The girl was found alive nearly 60 hours later, boosting the morale of rescue workers. This success has encouraged rescue teams, and further rescue operations are ongoing.
