Sheikhupura: (RightNow) A high voltage wire fell on a passenger bus near Head Roshan Din on Faisalabad Road. The incident resulted in the death of the bus conductor and injuries to 6 individuals.

According to rescue officials, the injured have been transferred to DHQ Hospital. The condition of four injured individuals is reported to be critical.

Eyewitnesses stated that panic spread in the bus after the wire fell. Several passengers jumped off the bus to save their lives.

A few brave passengers used wooden sticks to separate the wire from the bus. Their efforts prevented further damage.

It is important to note that citizens have emphasized the need for timely maintenance of electrical wires and have demanded an investigation.
