Three Killed in Lahore Roof Collapse, Rescue Operations Conclude

Lahore: (RightNow) In Lahore’s Garhi Shahu Railway Colony, a house roof collapse resulted in the death of three individuals. One person was also injured in the incident.

According to Rescue 1122, the affected house’s roof was made of mud and T-R girders. All four individuals trapped under the debris have been rescued.

The deceased include 45-year-old Mubeen, his 40-year-old wife, and their 11-year-old daughter. The injured 14-year-old, Aimal, was immediately taken to the hospital for medical aid.

Rescue officials stated that there are no reports of anyone else trapped under the debris. The operation is complete, and there is no further danger.

It is noteworthy that such incidents are common in Garhi Shahu Railway Colony due to the dilapidated condition of old buildings.
