Iran seeks negotiations, but US President maintains a firm stance, says White House.
Washington: (RightNow) White House spokesperson Caroline Levitt states Iran has violated a memorandum of understanding. Iran is eager to continue negotiations and reach an agreement.
In a Thursday press briefing, the spokesperson added that the US President is open to diplomacy for resolving issues. The diplomatic phase began after Operation Epic Fury against Iran.
The White House Press Secretary revealed that Iran is still negotiating with the US President for an agreement. President Trump made it clear that attacks in the Strait of Hormuz by Iran will not be tolerated.
President Trump and JD Vance share the same stance on Iran. They will not allow attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Some Iranian leaders are in favor of an agreement.
